Services as per written quote. The prices shown are final. Aurion Conex is not currently subject to Swiss VAT. Should this change, clients will be informed in the applicable quotes and contracts. Payment: 50% on order, 50% on delivery (Conex Start: 100% upfront). Delivery times run from receipt of all client content. The client warrants holding the rights to supplied content. Care plans can be cancelled monthly with 30 days' notice; Conex Flex runs for 24 months (early exit: remaining package balance). Liability is limited to the order value. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is the company's seat.
